The WAW kot is located behind the old courthouse, at the Britselei and Mechelsesteenweg in the Brederode district in 2018 Antwerp, a 15-minute walk from the central station.
The Thomas More Campus Sanderus is around the corner as well as the future KDG (Karel de Grote-Hogeschool) Campus South opposite the courthouse.
The complex has 102 new student rooms with a loft feeling due to the high ceilings and where all rooms meet the strictest fire safety requirements in 2015. The complex has a green quality label from the City of Antwerp (Kotweb).
